Pro-style weekends. Smaller groups. Cleaner reps.

Weekend Groups is where players turn their Weekly Drills work into real game performance. The weekend format is built around live reads, spacing, timing, and decision-making—so the skills trained during the week show up when it matters: in game situations.

For parents, it’s the same Hoop Force standards: organised sessions, clear routines, and responsible supervision. For players, it’s a sharper environment with smaller groups, more coaching feedback, and controlled game-like reps that help habits transfer from training to competition.

Apply Your Weekly Work in Game Situations

Weekend Groups run on Saturdays and Sundays in focused 2-hour sessions by age (U14, U16, U18). Each player attends one session per week (choose Saturday or Sunday). Sessions are limited to 12 players per slot to keep coaching quality high, maintain training tempo, and ensure every player gets meaningful reps.

Day Saturday Sunday
U14 1:00–3:00 PM 1:00–3:00 PM
U16 3:00–5:00 PM 3:00–5:00 PM
U18 5:00–7:00 PM 5:00–7:00 PM

Booking: You can book any available slot for your age group as long as it isn’t full. If a session is full, choose the other day or book the next available weekend.

Capacity: max 12 players per session (spaces are limited, so booking early helps secure preferred times).

Program Highlights

Weekend-friendly structure
A consistent weekend format that works around school, matches, and exam periods — without losing momentum in development.
Smaller groups, more attention
Fewer players means more coaching time per rep: corrections, detail work, and real feedback that improves performance faster.
Cleaner rep quality
Better spacing, better pace, and fewer interruptions. Sessions feel more “professional” — with higher standards for execution.
High-intensity, game-impact focus
We target what shows up in games: footwork, finishing, shooting, and decisions under pressure — not just drills for drills’ sake.
Perfect add-on programme
Weekend Groups pairs well with Weekly Drills for players who want more reps and quicker progress, especially in-season.
Safe supervision + clear standards
Sessions run with clear routines, expectations, and supervision. Parents can trust the environment; players can focus and compete.
