Off-season intensity. Real confidence. Better habits.

Hoop Force Summer Camp is built for players who want a serious jump in skill and game understanding during the summer. It’s structured, high-rep training that blends fundamentals with decision-making and competitive play — so players return sharper, more confident, and more prepared for the season.

Parents can expect the same Hoop Force standards: clear routines, strong supervision, and an environment that’s organised, positive, and focused. Players get challenged — but always with purpose, coaching detail, and a clear development plan.

Train With Purpose This Summer

Summer Camp runs Monday to Friday in coached 3-hour blocks, using a one-court schedule designed to co-exist with Weekly Drills (evenings) and Weekend Groups (weekends).

Players train in small, controlled groups by age:

  • U14, U16, U18
  • Max 25 players per group (quality + coaching detail stay high)

Because we operate with one court, each group trains through a structured weekly rhythm (multiple sessions per week), plus a Friday “competition / testing” rotation to build confidence and game habits

Day Monday Tuesday Wednesday Thursday Friday
09:00–12:00 U14 U16 U18 U14 U16
13:00–16:00 U18 U14 U16 U18 Featured Friday (Rotation)

Booking: Summer Camp slots must be booked in advance to keep groups balanced and coaching quality high.

  • July Camp: booking closes on June 15
  • August Camp: booking closes on July 15

Capacity: max 25 players per session (spaces are limited, so booking early helps secure preferred times).

Monthly Work Plan (36 hours)

Each group trains in 3-hour coached blocks, 3 times per week — a total of 9 hours per week.
Over a standard 4-week Summer Camp month, that equals 36 hours of structured training.

The month follows a clear progression:

  • Week 1: Foundation + Standards (technique, spacing, pace)
  • Week 2: Pressure + Contact (finishing, defense, physicality)
  • Week 3: Reads + Decision-Making (advantages, small-sided games, game constraints)
  • Week 4: Performance + Testing (measurable progress, competition, end-of-camp targets)

3-Hour Session Structure (what happens inside each training block)

Week Session 1 Session 2 Session 3
Week 1 Ball control + footwork standards (pace, posture, stops/starts) Finishing basics (angles, two-foot + one-foot, balance) Competition intro + baseline testing (simple benchmarks)
Week 2 Footwork under pressure (closeouts, pivots, counters) Finishing vs contact (pads, timing, protected gathers) Defense habits (stance, positioning, communication, effort rules)
Week 3 Shooting mechanics + game-speed reps (catch/step, off-dribble) Reads & decisions (advantage creation, 1v1→2v2→3v3) Competition day (constraints + scoring rules for IQ)
Week 4 Game actions (spacing, cutting, screens, advantage conversion) Pressure scrimmage (coached stoppages + individual targets) Final testing + performance day (results + next-step plan)

Programme Highlights

High-rep skill development
Camp is built for volume: more touches, more shots, and more finishes — with coaching feedback so improvement happens fast.
Fundamentals that actually stick
We sharpen the details that win possessions: footwork, shooting mechanics, finishing angles, and controlled ball-handling — repeated until they become habits.
Decision-making & game IQ
Players apply skills in guided live situations: reads, spacing, timing, and quick choices under pressure — not just isolated drills.
Competitive games with purpose
Games are structured and coached. Players compete hard while learning smart basketball: effort, composure, and correct decisions.
Confidence + team habits
Players leave sharper and more confident, with better habits for team play: communication, discipline, and playing the right way.
Safe, supervised, parent-trust standards
Clear routines, responsible coaching, and strong supervision — plus parent-friendly communication about what’s trained and why.
