Combo Programme: Weekly + Weekend
Consistent weekly training. Clear progression. Real game impact.
Combo Programme is built for U14, U15, U16, and U18 players who want the best of both worlds: structured skill development during the week and real execution on weekends. We train the details midweek, then apply them in competitive, game-like reps — so improvements actually show up on the court.
Parents get an organised, supervised environment with clear routines and standards. Players train in a focused culture built on high-quality reps, real coaching, and a pathway they can follow week by week.
Train Midweek. Execute on Weekends.
Combo combines Weekly Drills (WD) + Weekend Groups (WG) under one plan — designed to create rhythm, consistency, and momentum across the season.
Weekly Drills (WD) — Skill + Decision-Making Foundation
Weekly Drills run Monday to Friday (5:00–9:00 PM) in 1-hour group sessions by age (U14, U15, U16, U18) with a clear skill theme each day (Ball Handling, Footwork, Finishing, Defense, Game IQ). The goal is simple: build fundamentals, then connect them to reads and competitive reps.
Each age group has 5 available weekly sessions (one per weekday). Players can attend up to 3 sessions (3 hours) per week to keep groups balanced and coaching quality high.
Schedule: see the Weekly Drills calendar.
Weekend Groups (WG) — Competitive Reps + Application
Weekend Groups are where players apply what they’ve trained. Sessions are built around pace, contact, advantage/disadvantage situations, small-sided games, and decision-making under pressure — turning weekday development into weekend performance.
Weekend Groups run across 2 days with 2 sessions/day available. Players can attend up to 2 weekend sessions (based on the plan recommended by our coaches).
Schedule: see the Weekend Groups calendar.
Booking: With the Combo Programme, players follow a single plan.
WD slots are booked at the start of each month, based on player preference and/or the plan recommended by our coaches.
WG sessions are booked in advance based on the Weekend calendar and availability.
Capacity: groups are kept tight to protect coaching quality. Max ~15 players per session (spaces are limited — booking early helps secure preferred times).
