Consistent weekly training. Clear progression. Real game impact.

Weekly Drills is the core Hoop Force programme for U14, U15, U16, and U18 players who want steady improvement through the season. Sessions follow a structured plan that builds fundamentals, then connects them to decision-making and competitive reps — so skills actually show up in games.

Parents get an organised, supervised environment with clear routines and standards. Players train in a focused culture built on high-quality reps, real coaching, and a pathway they can follow week by week.

Train With Purpose Every Week

Weekly Drills run Monday to Friday (5:00–9:00 PM) in 1-hour group sessions by age (U14, U15, U16, U18), with a clear focus each day — Ball Handling, Footwork, Finishing, Defense, and Game IQ — so players build skills with purpose and progression every week.

Each age group has 5 available weekly sessions (one per weekday). Players can attend up to 3 sessions (3 hours) per week within their age group to keep groups balanced and coaching quality high.

Programme Highlights

Structured weekly plan
Every week follows a clear progression: warm-up → skill focus → decision-making constraints → competitive play. Players always know what they’re working on and why.
Fundamentals done properly
Footwork, shooting mechanics, finishing, and ball-handling are coached with detail — not rushed through — so technique becomes consistent.
Decision-making built into training
Players learn to make reads under pressure: spacing, timing, passing options, and shot selection — not just executing moves.
High rep volume, steady progress
Weekly consistency creates momentum. Players get meaningful reps each session, making improvements easier to feel and track over time.
Competitive standards, positive culture
Effort, focus, and respect are non-negotiable. We push players to compete hard while keeping the environment supportive and disciplined.
Parent-first supervision & communication
Sessions are supervised with clear routines and expectations. Parents get simple, transparent clarity on what’s being trained and what progress looks like.
